Makerzverse introduced a project-based course built around an automated smart port using the ESP32 microcontroller, with its built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

One project, connected engineering skills

Participants are invited to design, build, and program STS, RTG, and Reach Stacker cranes while exploring mechanics, electronics, programming, networking, and automation.

The announcement describes eight sessions and 12 hours, with makerspace access outside class hours to keep developing the project. Computer vision and AI with Python are presented as the next level of the learning journey.
